SKILLS REQUIRED:

Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat mastery is a must. Familiarity with Premiere, After Effects, XD etc is an asset.
Must possess impeccable design sense: attention to detail, strong typographic skills, understanding of information hierarchy, colour theory and, composition.
Be versatile in both print & interactive design with the ability to create press-ready and web-ready files.
Clean craft skills with the ability to help the team prepare presentation boards, props, and other materials.
Understand and respect brand standards and existing client strategy
An understanding of web design, mobile design and print design as it relates to user experience (UX) and user interface design (UI) is highly sought after.
Other creative skills (photography, illustration, copywriting, animation, etc) are a definite plus.
Previous experience is not required (but bring it on if you have it)
WHAT YOU HAVE

Must have a graphic design undergraduate degree/diploma and preferably a graduate degree from an Art and Design institution.
Mad organizational skills using digital tools.
Ability to follow the Agency’s creative process.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proactive, talented and motivated with a great attitude and willingness to jump in and help however needed.
