As a Painter, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality results while working outdoors with a motivated team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas with tape, drop cloths, and plastic
- Move ladders, paint cans, and other equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE when required
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Collaborate with your team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
Desired Qualifications
- Access to a vehicle for transport to job sites
- Cell phone for communication and scheduling
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and ladder work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Punctual, driven, and organized with good time-management skills
- Previous painting experience is an asset, but not required
All job sites this summer will be within the Bowness area.
