What Are We Looking For?
Do you thrive in threads, reels, and comment sections—but also think beyond the feed? We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who can create scroll-stopping, on-brand content, build meaningful relationships, and open doors that grow our clients’ visibility and reputation.

This role is equal parts content creator, community builder, and visibility strategist. You’ll craft smart, engaging content designed to spark conversations—while also nurturing deeper relationships with audiences, collaborators, aligned brands, and media contacts that lead to real opportunities: interviews, features, speaking gigs, and more.
You should have a sharp eye for social trends, a strong creative voice, and a deep understanding of how content, conversation, and connection work together to build influence, drive engagement, and help clients grow into brands people want to follow—and belong to.

You’re here to create content that hits, community that sticks, and visibility that elevates.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute bold, community-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals, brand identity, and growth objectives.
- Own and evolve each client’s brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Create and manage high-performing content in collaboration with the design and editorial teams—ensuring every post has purpose, punch, and potential to spark conversation.
- Actively engage in real-time with audiences and communities—commenting, replying, initiating dialogue, and creating touchpoints that build trust and loyalty.
- Identify and cultivate strategic connections and relationships with creators, influencers, businesses, aligned brands, and key voices—building connection networks that support growth and collaboration.
- Proactively pursue visibility opportunities for our clients—securing interviews, speaking engagements, collaborations, and features that position them as leaders in their space.
- Manage and maintain organized content calendars and publishing schedules across all active platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics—translating insights into actionable strategies to boost engagement, reach, and resonance.
- Respond to community feedback and manage sensitive situations with emotional intelligence, brand alignment, and clear communication.

Qualifications:
- Experience in social media and community management, ideally across multiple platforms or brands.
- Deep expertise in platform trends, viral mechanics, and social engagement strategy—you know what drives attention and action.
- Proficient in cross-platform schedulers like Hootsuite, SocialBee, Later, or similar tools.
- Comfortable navigating platform-specific business tools (Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, TikTok for Business, etc.).
- A strong communicator with sharp writing skills, verbal fluency, and the ability to represent clients professionally.
- Confident in client-facing roles—offering insights, presenting ideas, and guiding engagement strategy.
- Collaborative mindset—you work seamlessly with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists.
- Data-driven and creative, using insights to shape strategy while keeping campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.
- Highly organized—you manage calendars, campaigns, and workflows with clarity and accuracy.
- Calm under pressure—able to navigate fast-paced environments and sensitive situations with tact and emotional intelligence.
