About Us:
We are a small, high-performing team of mortgage brokers dedicated to delivering exceptional service and seamless mortgage experiences for our clients. We are looking for a creative and highly organized / detail-oriented Mortgage Assistant to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage social media accounts to maintain an active online presence / create relevant posts as requested
β€’ Send out client thank-you cards, newsletters and gifts to maintain strong relationships.
β€’ Manage and update the client database.
β€’ Upload, review, and organize documentation accurately for lender submission.
β€’ Plan and manage client and team events.

What We’re Looking For:

β€’ Previous experience in social media, admin, mortgage or real estate industry is an asset.
β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, Canva and social media platforms.
β€’ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
β€’ A proactive and resourceful attitude.
