Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented person with a passion for organizing?

Maybe you're known as “the most organized friend in the group”—the one who finds joy in labeling bins, color-coordinating clothes, and constantly decluttering spaces!

At Organization Magic, we help busy women create calm, functional, and inspiring homes. We’re looking for energetic, detail-loving Assistant Organizers to join our Dream Team.

If you’re completely obsessed with organizing (because you can’t help it), this role is for you!

Assistant Organizer (Part-Time, Calgary)
Turn your natural organizing skills into meaningful work!

Who You Are

Naturally organized and design-minded
Reliable, resourceful and detail-oriented
Supportive teammate, flexible and proactive
Must have reliable transportation and a phone
Physically capable (projects often include 15,000+ steps and lifting boxes)

Your Responsibilities

Pack and label donation/disposal items
Style spaces for both function and beauty
Be a positive, supportive presence for our clients
Help sort, declutter, and set up organizing systems
Support our team during home organization projects
Assist with light furniture/product assembly and moving items
