Post Content: We’ve heard you, Calgary needs more accessible, affordable studios for artists to rehearse, create and experiment. As part of our commitment to Calgary’s arts and culture community, The GRAND is leasing spaces in side L-Block. The additional space allows us to expand our role as a home for artists and arts organizations, providing opportunities for rehearsals and creative development. It also allows us to make better use of an underused building while creating more opportunities for Calgary’s diverse creative community to connect and collaborate. For The GRAND, L-Block is part of a broader sustainability strategy: expanding our footprint, diversifying revenue and creating a more financially resilient organization while continuing to provide accessible space for artists.
