Studio Receptionist (Entry-Level, AUArts Graduates Encouraged to Apply)
We’re looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to join our photography studio team. This role combines administrative support, customer service, and hands-on experience at our passport photo station. Training will be provided for all photography and retouching tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and online.
• Manage scheduling, inquiries, and daily studio operations.
• Support basic photography and image retouching for passport photos.
• Help maintain our social media presence and assist with website updates.
• Contribute to a positive and professional studio environment.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in photography and visual arts (training provided for technical tasks).
• Graduate or soon-to-be graduate of AUArts (Preferred).
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience or coursework in social media management or website design. (Preferred)
