Role Overview
As a Student Interactive Installation Designer, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with our team in conceptualizing and creating captivating experiences for a 3-day festival with the theme "Into The Portal." Your designs will encompass a wide range of interactive elements, that could include escape rooms, team-building scavenger hunts, physical brain-focused experiences, life-sized games, and more. The primary goal of these installations is to facilitate the assess part of our 5-step creative process, providing festival attendees with engaging activities that offer insights into their current state of mindset and personality traits.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for interactive installations that align with the festival's theme of "Into The Portal."
Assist in designing and prototyping interactive experiences that effectively engage participants and facilitate self-assessment of mindset and personality traits. Learn and apply game theory principles to create immersive experiences that offer meaningful insights and foster personal growth. Support the implementation and installation of interactive experiences, gaining hands-on experience in event production and execution. Collect feedback and contribute ideas for iterating on designs to continuously improve the overall festival experience.

Requirements
Enrolled as a student at a university, college, or trade school, with a focus on fields such as design, interactive media, game design, engineering or related disciplines. Strong creative abilities and a passion for storytelling through interactive experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and knowledge. Availability to commit to the duration of the festival and participate in pre-event planning and preparation sessions.
