Position Summary:
The Digital Literacy Intern will work closely with the CCF/FCMA team to support launching and implementing a national e-learning platform. This includes helping to develop and deliver digital literacy workshops, contributing to user experience planning, and supporting national marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the launch of the CCF/FCMA’s Resource Sharing E-Learning Platform
Develop and populate training content, resources, and best practice documents
Support the creation and rollout of national training programs for members
Collaborate on developing governance processes for platform upkeep and contributions
Conduct user journey evaluations and support platform updates as needed
Research and apply data privacy standards
Explore potential linkages with partner organizations’ digital projects
Participate in daily check-ins with supervisors and team meetings
Contribute to outreach and marketing to broaden engagement with the platform
Desired Qualifications:
Moderate to high level of digital literacy
Strong interest in arts, culture, or nonprofit digital strategy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a remote team environment
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
Skills You Will Develop:
Digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics
LMS and UX/UI design
Data privacy and digital project coordination
Strategic communication and outreach in the arts sector
Collaborative work in a national, remote, nonprofit setting
