What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Media Designer who can elevate brands with bold, strategic, and visually compelling design. Your work will span graphic design, ad media, website UI/UX, social media content, and branding, ensuring our clients stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

You are not just a designer, you are a visual strategist and creative orchestrator who combines timeless design principles with the latest tools, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows. You bring the creative eye, taste, and strategy that ensure every project is cohesive, brand-safe, and results-driven. From eye-catching ad creatives and intuitive interfaces to well-structured brand systems, you push creative boundaries while staying ahead of industry shifts.

Position Responsibilities:
- Create cohesive brand identities, including logos, style guides, and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize engaging visuals for ads, social media, and websites, aligning them with marketing strategies to drive engagement.
- Craft intuitive, user-focused digital experiences and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Leverage research, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize design effectiveness.
- Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to accelerate production, explore variations, and enhance creative possibilities, while applying a designerโ€™s judgment to ensure brand integrity.
- Demonstrate strong prompt engineering skills to guide AI tools in generating creative, effective, and brand-aligned outputs, using design judgment to refine and elevate results.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, editorial, and web development to maintain a unified brand message.
- Contribute to planning and executing branding and promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously refining your approach.


Qualifications:
- Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools and workflows, with the ability to apply design judgment to guide, refine, and ensure brand-safe outputs.
- Experience in graphic design, branding, or digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and Canva.
- Strong Understanding of design principles, branding, and user-centered design.
- Experience with brand identity development, logo creation, and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work (online portfolio, PDF, Behance, etc.).
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent Organizational Skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and passion for branding and digital marketing.
