Post Content: The King’s Baton Relay is a Commonwealth Games tradition that celebrates, embraces and connects communities across the Commonwealth, as the countdown to the Commonwealth Games. Canada will host the Baton May 2-7, 2026 with events and promotions in Vancouver and Toronto.

This is a unique opportunity for Canadian artists to create a work of art that embodies Canada’s story - celebrating our heritage and collective aspirations as a country and reflecting the themes of inclusion, sustainability reconciliation and the power of sport that guides CSC’s mission.

All Canadian artist(s) are eligible with preference given to Indigenous, athlete and/or newcomer artists. A Fee for decorating the Baton will be provided.
