You would have a $4000 budget - $2000 paid up front. I would request some help with programming etc. We might not even need any.
We would sell tickets for slots of 1.5 hours - 2 shows on Friday and 3 on Saturday and Sunday. $20 each, includes a special cider. Thinking of a start date of April 5 and run 5 weekends. If this proves very popular, we keep it going.
If we hit breakeven, I would pay out the other $2000 - That’s only 11 people average per show (with the max being 40 per show. So any promoting help you can do would be beneficial.
If we go over breakeven I would give you 10% of the profits. If we sold out all of the shows (and didn’t extend), it would be $3848 bonus! Total for show would be $7848!
