How it works: From August 22– September 30 2023, Students and Teachers must show their student/campus ID to receive a “promo card with QR code” to download a pass wallet to their phones. The QR code, when scanned, brings them to a landing page.
In order to receive the free poutine and the other offers, they must present the pass wallet to a GM or Manager on Duty before ordering.

The passwallet:
• Compatible on Apple & Android phones
• Pops up on Users’ home screen when they are 300-500 meters away from the nearest Hudson’s
• Digital stamp card: a weekly order of Free Traditional Quebec poutine (52 orders)
o There are 52 stamps that are atomically uploaded to a user’s pass wallet.
o When a Guest presents the pass wallet, a GM or MOD will use the “Pass creator Smart Scan App” on the Server iPad to scan the QR code that is on the Guests’ phone. Once scanned, the Guests’ phone will automatically update how many Poutines they have left.
o NOTE: each stamp does not have a weekly expiration date
