The Beltline Urban Murals Project (BUMP) is hiring five full-time summer positions from June 1, 2020 until September 11, 2020 to help with the execution of BUMP murals and events.

The following are the available positions:

BUMP Mural Coordinator: The BUMP Mural Coordinators will liaise with mural artists, building/wall owners, lift companies, wall maintenance crews and the City of Calgary to ensure successful execution of mural painting. Duties include working with artists and building owners to approve mural concepts, managing site requirements for lift equipment and wall treatments, planning and tracking mural progress and managing issues as they arise. Helping host and support artists participating in the Festival is key to BUMP’s continued success.

BUMP Creative Coordinator: The BUMP Creative Coordinator will manage and produce creative content for BUMP’s communication and media platforms including web, social, media and print.

BUMP Marketing & Outreach Coordinator: The BUMP Marketing & Outreach Coordinators will work with the BUMP Festival Coordinator to manage promotion, planning and execution of the BUMP Festival. With restrictions around public events and gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, the role of this position will be to continue to make the BUMP murals accessible to a broader audience through social media and other means. This role will also connect and collaborate with local businesses on partnership opportunities. Candidates will be creative, energetic and outgoing with strong communications skills and a passion for marketing and event planning.
