Documentation Coordinator

Reporting to the Program Manager and with support of other AUArts SA staff, the Documentation Coordinator is responsible for the photographic documentation of the Marion Nicoll Gallery and Hear/d Residency program.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to; 

  • Coordinating a photography schedule with Hear/d Mentors 
  • Documenting all participant work and individual headshots 
  • Documenting all exhibitions in the Marion Nicoll Gallery’s two spaces
  • Editing photographs for usage in both print and digital formats 
  • Uploading photographs to internal network for archival purposes

  • A mature attitude and ability to work independently and be a responsive member of the AUArts SA team

The Details… 

This is a contract position with a part-time schedule from January 15, 2020 to April 30, 2020. Honorarium to be determined based on skill and experience.
